We collect only the information needed to run the marketplace — your account details, profile, projects, contracts, and payment records. We never sell your personal data.
Contact details (email, phone, social links) are kept private and are not displayed on public profiles. All communication is designed to stay on-platform to protect both clients and freelancers.
You can request a copy of your data or deletion of your account at any time from the Support page.
Terms of Service
By using Hireyn you agree to engage honestly, keep work and payments on-platform, and not share off-platform contact details in public content. Repeated violations may lead to account suspension.
Funds are held in escrow and released when milestones are approved. Hireyn charges an 8% freelancer fee and a 4% client fee after each side's first four projects.
Reputation (the Hireyn Score) is earned only from verified, escrow-paid outcomes and cannot be bought or transferred.
